How to request deletion of your data

You can ask Bee DevStack LTDA to delete the personal data we hold about you, at any time and free of charge.

Send a message to the contact email published on the home page of this site, with the subject Data deletion, telling us:

1. the name you use with our services;
2. the phone number or email address on file;
3. which product the request relates to, if you use more than one.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before processing the request — which protects you against deletion requests made by someone else.

Just stopping the messages

If you want to stop receiving our WhatsApp notices but do not want your data deleted, you do not need to file a deletion request. You can either:

• write to the same contact email asking us to stop sending; or
• ask your building management to remove your phone number from their records.

What gets deleted

The request covers the personal data we hold about you, including your phone number, your account details, your link to a unit, and the records associated with you in the products you use.

What cannot be deleted

Some data must be kept even after a deletion request, in the cases set out in article 16 of the LGPD:

• Application access logs, which art. 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) requires be kept for a minimum of 6 months.
• Tax and accounting records, for the periods required by tax law.
• Records needed to exercise rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings.
• Audit records of operations performed in the system, which are unlinked from your personal identification rather than erased, so the building's operational history is preserved.

In those cases the data is restricted to that purpose and deleted at the end of the applicable period.

Backup copies are removed in the normal backup retention cycle rather than immediately.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 15 days, in line with art. 19 of the LGPD.

Data held by Meta

Messages sent over WhatsApp are also processed by Meta, which provides the WhatsApp Business Platform. Deletion of data Meta holds about your WhatsApp account must be requested directly from Meta through the WhatsApp channels.

Deleting your data with us does not delete your WhatsApp account.

Product-specific data

If your request relates to a product operated by Bee DevStack, it will be forwarded to the team responsible for that product. The controller is the same company in every case, so a single request is enough.
