Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Bee DevStack LTDA, registered under CNPJ 48.205.119/0001-27, the company that builds and operates our own digital products.

Bee DevStack LTDA is the only legal entity involved: the products it operates — including BeeLiving — are brands and services of that same company, not separate legal entities. These Terms are therefore issued by it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using any service, website or application operated by Bee DevStack, or by receiving communications from us through the channels described in section 5, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the services and ask us to stop communications as described in section 5.

3. Services covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to services provided by Bee DevStack as a company.

Products operated by Bee DevStack have their own service-specific terms, which prevail over these Terms where they are more specific. The BeeLiving product, for example, is governed by the terms published at beeliving.app/terms-of-service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

The following are prohibited, among other conduct:

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
• interfering with the normal operation of the services, including through unauthorized automation or abnormal request volume;
• using the services to send unsolicited communications to third parties;
• reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting content from our services without prior written authorization.

5. WhatsApp and other communications

Bee DevStack may send communications relating to its products by WhatsApp, email or in-app notification, using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

These communications are limited to transactional messages — the notice that a parcel has arrived for you, and equivalent operational notices. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

To stop receiving these messages, you can either:

• write to the contact email published on the home page of this site; or
• ask your building management to remove your phone number from their records.

Stopping messages does not end your use of the product, but you will no longer receive operational notices — including parcel arrival notifications.

6. Intellectual property

The software, brand, name, logo, content and materials of our services belong to Bee DevStack or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

Using the services does not transfer any rights in these elements to you.

7. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms do not limit or exclude any liability of Bee DevStack. The liability rules of Brazilian law apply in full, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

8. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page.

Material changes will be communicated through the available contact channels before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

We do not elect a contractual jurisdiction. Any dispute will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law — which, in consumer relationships, means the court of your own domicile.
